Flood Plain Information

Development Permits & Ordinance
If the property is in the flood plain and if there is any development on this property, such any man-made change to improved or unimproved real estate, including but not limited to, buildings or other structures, mining, dredging, filling, grading, paving, excavation or drilling operations, a Flood Plain Development Permit would have to be obtained, there is no cost for this permit. All construction must be constructed to the Flood Plain Ordinance, a surveyor would have to determine the elevation.
