The Environmental Learning Center provides opportunities to experience nature up close in a variety of educational displays, including hands-on exhibits. The center is the focal point for studies in nature appreciation and conservation management practices. Naturalists on staff provide a wide range of education opportunities such as:
- Guidance to teachers and youth leaders
- School programs
- Hunter education classes
- Seminars and workshops
- Family-oriented programs
- Summer and winter nature camps
- Programs for clubs and organizations
Open weekdays 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. & weekends 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Holiday hours are subject to change.
